Our dedication to customer service continues with monthly statements for all our Debt Management Plan (DMP) participants. Your personalized statement will keep you up to date on the status of your account. Best of all, you'll be able to watch your balances drop as you get closer to reaching your goal.

As well as receiving a statement in the mail each month, DMP clients can now review their accounts online. CCCS DMP clients can use this system to access their account information anytime, and to:

  • Review and manage personal account information
  • Review and manage creditor accounts
  • Review payment receipts and due dates
  • Review disbursement amounts and dates
  • Make payment on-line

Clients can now make their monthly deposit on-line. Simply go to client login and click make payment. Both checking and savings accounts maybe used for making your payment.
